How to solve the problem of low hardness of decorative aluminum materials
How to control the hardness of decorative aluminum materials during production and manufacturing is of utmost importance. Any slight deviation from the standard can cause inconvenience to users. Therefore, how to deal with low hardness of industrial aluminum profiles?
1、 Setting and control of aging furnace temperature for aluminum profiles: Generally, there is a certain deviation between the aging furnace temperature and the displayed temperature of the aging furnace. When setting the surface temperature, it should be based on the actual temperature of the furnace, and attention should be paid to the changes in aging furnace temperature.
2、 Decorative aluminum material aging insulation: It is necessary to strictly follow the process standards for aging, and the insulation time should be appropriate to avoid insufficient hardness caused by under aging or over aging.
3、 Aluminum profile extrusion framing should not be too dense, and there should be a gap between materials, especially for small and thick materials that are not ventilated. When the pipe material is combined with small and thick materials in one frame, the pipe material should be placed under it to facilitate time effective circulation of air supply.
4、 Before loading decorative aluminum materials into the furnace, other special alloys of 6xxx should be separated from ordinary 6063 alloy for furnace aging. If it is necessary to use the same furnace aging process due to production reasons, the special alloy process should be used for aging. Aluminum profiles produced by extrusion have low hardness before aging and cannot be used as finished products. Therefore, generally speaking, aging is necessary to improve strength.
