Especially for open end materials, arc materials, cantilever materials, and curved shaped profiles, it is important to pay attention to the reasonable and effective use of stretching clamps.

4、 Pay attention to the stress conditions of small feet, thin teeth, long legs, curved surfaces, inclined surfaces, openings, viewpoints, etc. of profiles with high aspect ratios, long overhanging walls, large arcs, large wall thicknesses, and strange shapes, to avoid partial or point scale deformation, twisting, and spiraling of profiles.

5、 Due to the heat blocking effect of wool strips, aluminum profiles with high decorative exterior requirements for wall panels must be flipped up, down, back, and forth more to facilitate uniform heat dissipation and reduce the transverse bright spots caused by uneven heat dissipation and uneven crystallinity. Especially for aluminum profiles with large wide surfaces and thick walls, attention should be paid.

6、 During the process of material retrieval, movement, and stretching, it is not allowed to collide, pull, stack, congest, or entangle with each other, and a certain distance should be reserved between them. For aluminum alloy wall panels that are prone to twists and turns and have long or short discharge lengths, they should be disposed of in a timely manner, and if necessary, they should be maintained and disposed of properly.
